Allows viewing and scanning of varying sizes of film negatives and slides. Takes a little bit to figure out the right order for viewing, capturing, scanning, recording, etc., but once you get it down it goes pretty fast.
Super easy to install, it scans the slides much faster than I imagined and besides, since you can slide one after the other, it hardly takes one to scan several of them. Good quality when scanning without being professional.
Most popular film types supported. If you've got razor sharp negatives/ slides this is the little gadget you want. Unfortunately, I discovered that I shot a lot of poorly focused film. But the ones I focused well scanned perfectly. I've always wanted an inexpensive way to digitize all my old film. For what this device does, it's an excellent bargain.
I use this for copying 36mm slides. It works fine. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Easy to transfer files.
