This 12V 3.0" aluminum intake elbow for your 1994-1998.5 Dodge 5.9L Cummins diesel is built from Tig Welded 3.0" mandrel bent tubing. Designed to increase airflow, spool-up, engine efficiency and throttle response, this intake elbow features a 1/2" thick flange and 3 1/8" NPT Ports for easy installation of a Nitrous, Water/Methanol injection system and boost gauge / Air Temp gauge. Works with and without factory grid heater.

This downpipe fit flawlessly. There weren’t any issues with alignment from the turbo to the exhaust. The slip on fitment from the end of the downpipe that meets the rest of the stick exhaust was perfect. It slipped right in and no exhaust leaks. I was a little skeptical of the product initially but would 10/10 buy again. The flex portion was actually able to move as well.
