I was quoted $550.00 FOR THIS VALVE at local parts store. My van would run fine for months at a time and suddenly quit. I spent at least $1,500.00 between towing and labor over a couple months. This valve solved my problem at a $400.00 saving. I believe that Ford caused all my problems but this valve solved them. I constantly switched from front to rear tank the first month and it hasn't skipped a beat.
