EGR Repair Plate for Honda 2.2 i-Dtec Civic CR-V Accord EGR Must Mapped Out

Please Note -The EGR Valve has to be mapped out, or it will go into limp mode if blocked. Please check with your tuner that the EGR can be mapped out on your car, as not all i-Dtec have the same ECU fitted. So some can and some cannot be mapped out.

This plate is Laser cut 1.5 Stainless Steel and has been rumbled to remove all the sharp edges. Fits between the exhaust manifold on the front of the engine and the EGR pipe that runs round to the back of the engine, where the EGR system it. See pictures for where to fit the plate-either end of number 8 in the picture.

The connecting pipe on these can split (which are subject to a recall from Honda if meeting their criteria). The plate will fit both ends, which is a much cheaper option than the cost of a new pipe if Honda will not fit one for free.

Please Note-The EGR Valve has to be mapped out, or it will go into limp mode. It will also go into limp mode even if it had a big hole in, so I do not have or list one.
